Hello e-Friends!

May brings school graduations and is National Moving Month, so I'm feeling the need to write about "moving on" in life.

I don't know about you, but I'm always moving on! What are you "moving on" to next? A new home? An exciting summer trip? A long-awaited marriage? A puppy you've longed for? What holds promise for you?!

If there is one thing I've learned in my nearly 50 years of living it's that in order to move on, we often have to let go! Just ask Cindy, whose photo is shown here. She is my new virtual organizing consullting/coaching client in Costa Rica that I told you about last month and she is letting go of a mountain of papers and old "stuff" in her home office and home so she can move on to the next beautiful chapter of her life. She has been a delighful and motivated consulting client!

You can read more about Cindy's incredible success story and see what she started out with here. As nearly always happens with my organizing clients, incredible inner as well as outer transformations take place too and I am very touched by Cindy's kind words to me about our virtual work together.

"Dear Kathryn,

With your organizing coaching, I have everything ahead of me to be better and better. Itīs close; I can sense it. Thank God! Thank you! You came into my life for a reason and will be held in my grateful heart forever. I am so happy that I opened my eyes and ears. I have a blind trust in ourselves that we can see emerge the best in me. Philippians 4:13, The Bible.

Blessings, Cindy"

P.S. Cindy is dedicated to turning her once home office into her "Studio" and I have given her some tips on how to decorate it just for her so it's truly a room of her own!"

Exciting Writing Interviewees

I've been contracted to write several more magazine articles this month and have had the privilege of interviewing some wonderful people about an article on home sweet home! It was great fun and you can read more about it here.

Notes From My Home Office

Even though I work in my home office, it still feels like a "Rejuvenation Station" to me, as does the rest of my home. By having this kind of refuge, I am able to refuel so I can "move on" to the next thing! Here are some tips for how you can have that kind of feeling in your own home.
